I did not receive the verification email

There is likely no account associated with your email address. If you have tried to create an account and didn’t receive a verification email, it is possible there was a typo in the email address you entered. To resolve this, re-register and make sure to carefully enter your correct email address.

I am blocked from logging in. What do I do?

IP addresses are temporarily blocked by our firewall if it detects unusual activity. This is a common precautionary measure to protect our users.

This block is temporary and will automatically be lifted after 24 hours. You should be able to access our platform normally after this period.

How can I change my API key?

In special circumstances paid users may request to change the API key. To do this, you will have to create a new user account. Once you have done this, please contact us from your old account, provide a valid reason for the API key change request and the information about your new account.

My account or API key has been compromised. What do I do?

If you are a paid user and believe that your account or API key has been compromised, please contact us immediately. You will have to create a new user account, contact us from your old one and inform us about what happened. We will review your case and begin the license transfer process.
